The largest investment in renewables, in the wind farm segment, means electricity for 100,000 households with 55 wind turbines that will produce one terawatt hour of electricity and 630 new jobs. The wind farm will be built between Karbinci, Shtip and Radovish. This project will significantly strengthen energy independence, increase the volume of investments and open the way for new investments. This investment will not only benefit the energy mix in North Macedonia, but will also significantly contribute to the energy security of the wider Western Balkans region. Alcaraz Energy is a leading independent sustainable fund based in Luxembourg and a team of advisors based in Dubai that focus on large-scale renewable energy projects in emerging markets.
