The largest shopping mall in the country, Skopje City Mall is launching a campaign called ‘Being uncultured is not a disability’ which aims to help raise awareness of the people about the rights of people with disabilities, specifically about the right to be able to use the parking spaces intended for them, which are often usurped by reckless drivers. The campaign is supported by the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, the Association of People with Paraplegia and Quadriplegia – ‘Bez ogranichuvanja’ and the Movement Against Disability Polio Plus.
