The factory follows all the highest standards, the processes inside are fully computerized, employing over 1,500 young people completely prepared with protective equipment and among them rules impeccable order and full automation.
The company in the factory produces its own energy from solar panels placed on the roof of the building thus taking care of the environment, hence the Philip Morris’s strategy to change and move forward is very clear.
