In her interview, the Director of “Semos Edukacija”, Valentina Taseva, points out that the actual readiness of companies for artificial intelligence is lower than their perception, as experimenting with tools often occurs without any connection to strategic business goals. To overcome this situation, she emphasizes the necessity of a structured approach, where the application of AI is viewed as an integral part of the business strategy, executed through a clear process – from idea and planning to a measurable result. This process begins by aligning AI with the company’s strategic goals, followed by determining the specific departments and processes for implementation.
According to Valentina Taseva, implementing such a structured approach yields at least three key benefits: increasing company productivity while reducing time and costs, driving further digitalization, and enabling additional definition and clarification of the business processes themselves. She concludes that only through this genuine integration, and by overcoming the lack of knowledge and strategy, can companies generate concrete and measurable value in their daily operations.
