Simon Naumoski, President of the Board of Directors of Vitaminka is the winner of the Golden Plaque for Manager of the Year, as well as the award for Life Achievements in the management of the business. The award has been given by the Regional Agency for Selection and Promotion of the Most Successful Business People and Companies on the territory of South-East and Eastern Europe, the European Association of Managers, as well as the magazine Euromanager.

Simon Naumoski comes as a manager in Vitaminka in 1974, when the company was known as Piperana – a producer of one product only, ground red pepper. During these 42 years, he managed to take Vitaminka through the hardest and the most challenging periods and to take it to the level of a market leader in the food processing industry.
